About FloorWise OS

Built by an flooring dealer. For flooring dealers.

FloorWise OS exists because the work demanded it. Built inside an active flooring retail operation, tested against a real P&L, and shaped by the flooring dealer running both.

The Story

A flooring dealer built the tool he wished he had.

Brad Millner runs Big Bob’s Flooring Outlet and Flooring America in Yuma, Arizona. Two stores, a working install crew, real customers, and a P&L that has to balance every month. The day-to-day of running a flooring business — the showroom traffic, the estimates, the install schedule, the vendor calls, the Monday-morning sales meeting — is the exact ground FloorWise OS was built on.

For years, the flooring industry’s software answer was a CRM, an estimating tool, or an accounting package. None of them touched the part of the business that actually decided whether the team would scale or stall: the people side. Defined roles. Honest scorecards. Real reviews. Growth plans that actually grow. Brad couldn’t find software that did that — so he built it.

FloorWise OS launched as a working internal tool first. Every feature shipped because the work required it. Every screen was tested against a real flooring operation before it was offered to anyone else. The platform’s first proof of concept wasn’t a demo deck — it was a flooring business running cleaner than it had in years.

The Four Pillars

Each pillar earned its place.

FloorWise OS isn’t four pillars because four sounded right on a marketing page. Each one was built to solve a problem the operation kept hitting. Here’s the origin of each.

AppWise

The team is what scales the business — or doesn't. Most flooring software answers customers, jobs, and invoices, but leaves the team to chance. AppWise is ten apps that handle the team side: org chart, role definitions, scorecards, reviews, growth plans, plus the daily tools that run the floor.

AgentWise

The work doesn't stop when the team goes home. The phone rings after-hours. The estimate that needed a follow-up sits open. The review that should have been requested never goes out. AgentWise is twelve AI agents covering those moments — purpose-built for each one, rolling out as each is ready.

AutoWise

Every flooring business has work that shouldn't be on a human's plate — and yet always is. Lead follow-up, review generation, job scheduling, installer communication, daily reporting. AutoWise is the done-for-you build that takes that work off the team and runs it on autopilot. Custom-built for each operation.

GuideWise

Most flooring dealers know AI is coming. Fewer know where to start, what to automate first, or what to leave alone. GuideWise is the strategic side — the roadmap, the readiness assessment, the implementation plan — built by people who've run AI inside their own flooring business, not by consultants who read about it.
